I hope you had a good Bank Holiday break. I spent a very enjoyable chunk of it reading the new Carl Hiaasen novel – excuse the shameless self-promotion, but you can read an interview I did with Hiaasen over on my blog. But now we’re back in the office, and it’s my pleasure to introduce you all to the new issue of Uncut, which goes on sale tomorrow.

Fleetwood Mac release their first new material in 10 years

Fleetwood Mac have released their first new material in 10 years. The Extended Play EP is available now on iTunes. It contains four tracks - "Sad Angel," "It Takes Time" and "Miss Fantasy," penned by Lindsey Buckingham, along with "Without You," originally written by Stevie Nicks for Buckingham Nicks project. Buckingham had previously announced that the band would release new material a few weeks ago.

Christine McVie keen to join Fleetwood Mac on stage in London

Christine McVie has said that she would be keen to perform live with Fleetwood Mac when they play live in London later this year. The group will perform three gigs at London's O2 Arena in September as part of a world tour and McVie, who retired from the music industry in 1998, has gone on record as saying that she will "pop back on stage" if the opportunity arises. Speaking to Metro, McVie said: "If they wanted me to, I might pop back on stage when they’re in London just to do a little duet or something like that."

Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks has opened up about her break-up with fellow bandmate Lindsey Buckingham. Speaking in an interview on Oprah's Master Class on Saturday (March 24) the singer opens up about breaking up with Buckingham, which famously happened when the group began work on their seminal 1977 album 'Rumours'. The album was recorded at California's now-defunct Sound City studios – and features in Dave Grohl's new documentary Sound City.

Fleetwood Mac add extra London dates to UK tour

Fleetwood Mac have announced details of two new dates at London's O2 Arena on their forthcoming UK tour. The band will now play The O2 on September 25 and 27 in addition to the previously announced date of September 24 due to huge demand for the shows. Tickets for Fleetwood Mac's UK and Ireland tour went on sale this morning (February 8) priced between £50 and £140.
