Rewind The Film is released on September 16 through Columbia Records and is preceded with a single "Show Me The Wonder" the week before. Manic Street Preachers are reportedly recording two new albums. Frontman James Dean Bradfield revealed the news to reporters at the Ivor Novello Awards in London on Thursday (May 16), and let slip that the first LP will be almost completely acoustic.

The Manic Street Preachers documentary Culture, Alienation, Boredom and Despair will get a full-length screening for the first time in May. The film, which was made by filmmaker Kieran Evans and longtime Manics collaborator Robin Turner, was originally planned as a 20-minute DVD extra to go with last year's Generation Terrorists reissue box set.

Manic Street Preachers have confirmed they have started work on a new album. The Welsh trio, who left their future plans uncertain after a greatest hits show at London's O2 Arena last year, are currently working on their 11th studio album according to frontman James Dean Bradfield. He told Bang Showbiz: "I'm trying to find a good word for the next record. I'm not going to say esoteric because no-one wants to hear that word, it's not even eclectic."

Manic Street Preachers confirm full details of ‘Generation Terrorists’ re-issue

Manic Street Preachers have confirmed full details of plans to re-issue their 1992 debut Generation Terrorists. The 18 track LP is being re-released on November 5 to celebrate the record's 20th anniversary. It will come in five different formats including a re-mastered single CD, a download version, plus two different special edition versions featuring unheard exclusive songs and demos, unseen film footage, home movies and unique artwork.
