A rare Aphex Twin album that only reached the test pressing stage is streaming online. Click below to listen now. The extremely rare album, titled Caustic Window, was printed on four sides of vinyl and went on sale earlier this year priced at nearly £8,000. A Kickstarter campaign set up by fans to buy the album raised over £20,000 from fans of the producer.

Test pressing of lost Aphex Twin album up for sale for £8,000

A copy of an Aphex Twin album that only reached the test pressing stage is being sold for $13,500 (£8,000). The extremely rare album, titled Caustic Window, was printed on four sides of vinyl and is currently listed for sale on Discogs.

Fans of BBC’s Sherlock will know that the legendary detective has what he calls a Memory Palace, in which he is given to roam around, looking usually for clues to mysteries galore. Win Butler: new Arcade Fire album is “a mash up of Studio 54 and Haitian voodoo”

Arcade Fire's Win Butler has described the band's new album Reflektor as a "mash up of Studio 54 and Haitian voodoo." The frontman shed further light on the band's forthcoming album, due for release in October, during an interview with Zane Lowe on Radio 1 that aired last night (September 11). In the interview, Butler discussed the sound of the double album and also revealed some new touring members of the band who will join Arcade Fire on the road when they come to tour Reflektor.
