Kate Bush last night (August 26) made her return to stage after a 35 year absence in a show that begun as a typical concert but evolved into a theatrical spectacular. This report contains spoilers. The three-hour show saw Bush recreate the second side of her classic 1985 album Hounds Of Love as a fully realised stage production, with theatrical sets, costumes, effects and lighting. The same treatment was then given to the second side of her 2005 album Aerial.

A story on C-Ville, a news and arts site in Charlottesville, Virginia, says software company Bluewall Media has recently helped Dylan and his staff archive and digitalize more than 60 years worth of music, photographs, written documents, video, and film footage using the company's Starchive software program.

An unheard Nick Drake song has been posted online, almost 40 years after the cult songwriter’s death. Scroll down to listen to the track. "Restless Jane" is a collaboration with folk singer Beverley Martyn that was left unfinished because "it brought up so much pain" for her. The track was written and recorded in Martyn’s home in Hastings in early 1974, making it one of the final songs Drake wrote before dying in November that year, aged 26.

A photography exhibition featuring pictures of The Who is set to open next year in London. Fifty Years of The Who by photographer Colin Jones will take place at Proud Galleries from February 5 - March 23, 2014, reports Music News. The exhibit will feature pictures taken on the road, backstage and at home with the band.
