White Stripes confirm full release for Elephant reissue

The White Stripes have confirmed that Jack White's Third Man label will reissue the band's fourth album, Elephant. Originally released in 2003, Elephant was given a limited edition vinyl re-release in April this year for Record Store Day. Now, Third Man have confirmed a full re-release for the vinyl edition.

According to the Third Man website, the vinyl is “mastered direct from the original, analog source from the 2002 recordings at Toe Rag Studios,” and it will come as two 180-gram LPs, a double gatefold, printed inner sleeves and an MP3 download card. The package is currently available for pre-order here.
