John Fogerty has announced details of his new album, Wrote A Song For Everyone. The album will be released in the UK on May 27. It finds Fogerty performing a dozen songs from his extensive catalogue, both Credence Clearwater Revival and solo, with guests including My Morning Jacket, Dawes, Bob Seger and Tom Morello. The album also contains two new songs – "Train Of Fools" and "Mystic Highway". Scroll down to watch Fogerty perform "Fortunate Son" with the Foo Fighters. Dave Grohl debuted his new supergroup, the Sound City Players, at the Sundance Film Festival on Friday (January 18, 2013). Grohl, who was accompanied by his Foo Fighters bandmates throughout the three-hour show, introduced a rolling castlist of rock legends to the stage to play with him as he guided the crowd through a live history of music recorded at the Sound City Studios, reports Rolling Stone.

John Fogerty has just played the Glastonbury Jazz/ World Stage (June 23), only his second show in the UK since 1972. Coming on to massive applause and cheering, Fogerty looked very pleased to be here, saying: " It's beautiful to be here at Glastonbury. I'm so happy to be in England again. But I ain't here to do speeches, I'm here to play rock'n'roll!
