Kathryn Bigelow's genre-bending mix of horror, western and Southern gothic drags blood sucking into the modern world. One of the best horror movies of the last 20 years.

Being John Malkovich team twist the rules of narrative to ingenious comic effect

Nashville-bred, NYC-based Cantrell is steeped in country and bluegrass, but brings a strident grace all her own. Set atop guitars both acoustic and twangy—and soft squeals of steel—her voice is cut-glass pure.
