We now have the power to embed video content into the blogs. This is, I hope you’ll agree, a marvellous step forward for the UNCUT blogosphere, as I should now be able to include trailers, clips and other tasty visual morsels in my posts from now on.

So, to try it out (and, please, accept my profoundest apologies if this all goes horribly wrong and I delete the Internet by accident), here’s a clip from Jeff Beck’s forthcoming Blu-ray and DVD, Performing This Week… Live At Ronnie Scott’s. Recorded at the end of last year, during a five-night stand at the London jazz club, it finds Beck digging jewels out of his lengthy back catalogue, with a little help from some chums like Eric Clapton.

So, look. Here’s some pictures. And they move. Excited? Of course.
