Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour is to appear at a very special premiere this September, for his forthcoming DVD 'Remember That Night - David Gilmour Live At The Royal Albert Hall' and you can win tickets here...
On September 6, a special HD cinematic version of the live concert footage from his tour last May, will premiere in London's Leicester Square.
Gilmour himself will perform one track on electric guitar and follow the screening with an exclusive Q&A session.
The unique evening, introduced by Gilmour, will also be broadcast live via satellite to 15 Picturehouse cinemas across the UK as well as to venues in Europe.
The two and a half hour concert features band members Richard Wright of Pink Floyd, Phil Manzanera of Roxy Music, Steve de Stanislao on drums, plus Pink Floyd regulars Dick Parry, Guy Pratt and Jon Carin.
The Royal Albert Hall concert also highlights the exceptional contributions of special guests David Crosby, Graham Nash and David Bowie, the latter who performing unique version of Pink Floyd classic ‘Arnold Layne’.
The two disc DVD is released on September 17 in Europe, and September 18 in North America.
