Keane 'horrified' at Tory party use of 'Everybody's Changing'

[b]Keane[/b] drummer [b]Richard Hughes[/b] said he's "horrified" that the [b]Conservative[/b] party played the band's 2004 single [b]'Everybody's Changing'[/b] at their general election manifesto conference in south [b]London[/b] this morning (April 13).

Writing on his Twitter page, Twitter.com/richardkeane, [b]Hughes[/b] said that the band had not been asked for permission to air the track.

"Told the [b]Tories[/b] played [b]Keane[/b] at their manifesto launch," he wrote. "Am horrified. To be clear – we were not asked. I will not vote for them."

[b]David Bowie[/b]'s [b]'Changes'[/b] was also played at the conference, which was attended by 500 [b]Tory[/b] candidates plus new members, supporters and the media.
