A live performance by Alex Chilton recorded on February 13, 1997 at The Knitting Factory in New York is to be released on October 21.

The venue suffered a power cut, although Chilton stayed on and entertained fans for an hour with an acoustic set consisting of cover versions.

The 18-song set is to be released as the Electricity By Candlelight album on the Bar/None label.
