‘Fast food Nation’, the fictional interpretation of Eric Schlosser’s international 2001 bestseller of the same name, is a sharp, satirical look at America’s fast food industry. The film, directed by Academy AwardÒ-nominated director Richard Linklater, follows a variety of stories that illustrate the complexity of a consumer culture in freefall and the state of a nation in crisis.

The film is released by Tartan Films and is in cinemas nationwide from May 4, Cert 15.
