Dragon parades, magnetic poetry and more in today’s Latitude photo blog

The Latitude Kids Area have been organising a carnival type parade this weekend, and the incredibly long and hand crafted dragon wound it's way across the site this afternoon. Led by children beating drum sticks on wheelie bins, it was quite a nice urban/country juxtapostion.

The jazzy floating stage on the lake, this morning played host to a rather well-dressed group of musicians.

Hey mister DJ, put a record on…Bespoke record playing service, at the bottom of the woods.

And finally for now – the magnetic poetry board/ noticeboard was looking remarkably bare this morning – presumably bits from it have been ‘acquired’ for people’s tents, someone left this cryptic message though…

It’s just starting raining for the first time this weekend, I must go and seek out some form of waterproof clothing…
